THE TOTAL ECLIPSE SHOWOUT INFORMATION

The Total Eclipse Showout is a competitive tournament for local and out of state teams and clubs to play quality games in preparation for the fall season.

All players and coaches participating must be registered and in good standing with their local US Club Soccer/USYSA/USSF/FIFA organizations.  All teams must register with their official roster from their sanctioning body, as well as have player and coach passes.  Passes and medical release forms should be brought to all games and kept with the coach or team manager on site.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

    • U8 (5v5) Teams:  The maximum number of players on roster is12

    • U9 –U10 (7v7) Teams:  The maximum number of players on roster is 14

    • U11-U12 (9v9) Teams:  The maximum number of players on roster is 16

    • U12–U14 (11v11) Teams:  The maximum number of players on roster is 18

    • U15-U19 (11v11) Teams:  The maximum number of players on roster is 22  (A maximum of 18 players may dress for each game)

  • U8: (5v5) Size 4 ball, 2 X 20 minutes. Participation Medals for ALL.

    U9-U10: (7v7) Size 4 ball, 2 x 25 minutes

    U11-U12: (9v9) Size 4 ball, 2 x 30 minutes

    U12-U14: (11v11) Size 5 ball, 2 x 35 minutes

    U15-U19: (11v11) Size 5 ball, 2 x 40 minutes

  • Three-man system for all 11v11 games, Two-man system for all 9v9 games, One-man system for all 7v7 & 5v5 games

    • FEES (includes GotSport registration fee)

    • U8 — 5v5 — $630

    • U9-U10 — 7v7 — $755

    • U11-U12 — 9v9 — $830

    • U12-U14 — 11v11 — $920

    • U15-U19 BOYS — [ Showcase, 3 games] — $920

    • **This is a stay-to-play event. All teams traveling 100 miles or more are required to secure hotel accommodations through our team.  Once you receive your tournament application acceptance, please contact Katie Milne at katie.milne@eclipseselect.org.

  • Participation Medals will be given to all U8 players, there are no Championships at this age. Teams and individual awards will be presented to Champions and Runners-up, for U9-U14 age divisions, in all flights. Please have teams report to the awards tent for the trophy or medal presentation.

TEAM REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

All teams are required to complete registration/check in at the Tournament Headquarter tent ONE HOUR prior to the team's first game or all required materials can be submitted via email to eclipsetournamentdirector@eclipseselect.org by Thursday, August 20.

Team Application and Entry Fee – Due to Eclipse August 1st

    3. Travel Permit – If traveling from outside of your state

  • ALL teams must have hard copies or digital copies on hand on the sideline for all games.

  • Player passes will be checked against all received player information.  Player passes must be readily available at the fields upon request.
