Camino Total del Jugador: Phase 4
Nuestro Girls Programa Premier principalmente juega en el United States Youth Soccer (USYS) and leagues which include Regional and possibly Nationals events. Its role in the Camino Total del Jugador is to serve developing players for higher levels before graduating high school. Traveling is usually closer to home than the ECNL program but is still at a level that can be competitive and has the opportunity to further one’s development. These leagues also require teams to qualify to participate in them and are for teams playing 11v11 and/or U13-U19. Players must tryout to play at this level and then they are placed on the appropriate level team based on their abilities.
The Illinois Women’s Soccer League (IWSL) serves as a great local league. It serves as our pathway to the Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) State Cup and US Youth Soccer (USYS) Midwest Conference/National League competitions.
Our Girls Premier program is an all-service system that meets the needs of all levels of players from under 13 years to under 19 years old. Designed to create a competitive environment for players to continue to develop their playing abilities and understanding the game. Our variety of locations allows us to find a home for most players in the greater Chicagoland area. We are able to offer more accurate team placement options, and greater experiences, due to the number of teams we have per age and additional events we play in.
Illinois Women’s Soccer League
The Illinois Women’s Soccer League is the premier amateur women’s soccer league in the state. The IWSL is a member of Illinois Youth Soccer and currently supports over 1200 teams for youth and adults. IWSL provides a fun, safe and supportive environment, which nurtures and guides children to develop their talents, knowledge, and appreciation for the game of soccer. It provides an equal opportunity to all soccer players to participate in youth soccer competitions in a competitive environment that encourages good sportsmanship, principles of fair play, and the building of good character. The quantity and depth of leagues and divisions make it possible for all soccer players to have an appropriate level to compete at, and the ability to grow and develop to reach their highest level of competition.Illinois Women’s Soccer League Website
