Chicago-area customer service and sales center to promote club brand, competition and events

CHICAGO (April 3, 2017) – Eclipse Select Soccer Club is proud to announce that it has formed a partnership with Quality Customer Service & Sales (QCSS), a full-service contact center headquartered in Deer Park, Ill., as well as another call center based in Monona, Iowa.
QCSS will assist Eclipse Select with customer service, promote the brand and club events when possible, and improve all lines of communication for the club. Conversely, Eclipse Select will market and advertise QCSS at host events, provide exposure on its social media outlets, co-brand on and sport QCSS signage on club players’ training t-shirts for the 2017-18 season.

QCSS President and CEO Cathy Karabetsos and her family have been closely tied to the club, with her daughters having trained through Eclipse Select – most recently Katy who is currently playing at Horizon League side University of Illinois-Chicago.
