WEEK 7 2022 RUNDOWN- Eclipse Select Alumni
Our alumni had yet another exceptional week of play across the collegiate landscape. A major storyline of the week being a standout performance from senior Erin Oleksak (SR/Palatine, IL.) who earned her second Crossroads League Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season, and tenth of her career after tallying three goals and one assist in Marian’s 4-1 victory against Bethel.
GOALSCORERS
Dynamic duo Hannah Bebar (SO/Naperville, IL.) and Ainsley Ahmadian (SO/Naperville, IL.) led Harvard to a 6-0 win against Yale over the weekend, combining for a total of 2 goals and 1 assist in the match. Zivana Labovic (JR/Schererville, IN.) scored in Michigan State’s 4-0 win over Maryland, pushing the Spartan’s Big 10 undefeated record to 5 games. Kiki Van Zanten (SR/ Buffalo Grove, IL.) found the back of the net for the Irish in their 3-0 win against Boston College. Katie Koker (JR/Racine, WI.) tallied her first goal of the season in Marquette’s battle against UConn. Mia Perri (JR/Roselle,IL.) added to her scoring record in the Flyers’ 6-0 win over George Washington. A goal from Megan Burling (SO/Naperville, IL.) pushed UC Santa Barbara past CSUN, winning 2-0.

PLAYMAKERS
Freshman Ashleigh Rupprecht (FR/Lake Bluff, IL.) found her first collegiate assist in Depauw’s 4-0 win against Asbury. Boston University came out on top against Lehigh with an assist from Morgan Fagan (SO/Glencoe, IL.) in the 80th minute, winning 1-0. Sarah McCracken (FR/Naperville, IL.) got her first assist in the Fighting Hawk’s 1-0 win over Western Illinois.

Over 95 Eclipse Select Soccer Club alumni, both male and female, are rostered across every level of college soccer at Division I, II, III, and NAIA. There are 28 alumni designated as freshmen entering their first year of college. The remaining includes 34 sophomores, 20 juniors, 8 seniors, and three graduate students with an additional year of eligibility.
