Eclipse Select Announces West Location Awarded ECNL Girls Regional League Position

OAK BROOK, ILL. (April 19, 2021) – The Eclipse Select West has been awarded an Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Girls Regional League position for the under 13 through under 18/19 age groups. The West will join Eclipse Select Central Illinois in the Heartland Conference to begin league competition next Fall for the 2021-2022 season.

The 2020-2021 season will feature 142 different clubs designated into 12 leagues including the Heartland Conference. All leagues are operated and managed under the ECNL Girls to ensure a consistent environment and level of professionalism. Just like the ECNL Club Competition, Regional League participants will experience high-level competition through league play, national showcase events, and post-season play.

“It is exciting that our club can offer yet another avenue for player development for the Chicagoland area,” said Eclipse Select President, Rory Dames. “The ECNL is a proven league over the last decade to be a one-of-a-kind development environment for players to reach their personal goals. We are proud to be a part of the expansion of an already successful platform to provide more opportunities for youth athletes across the country.”

Tryouts for the 2021-22 West Girls season have been announced. Tryouts will take place at Commissioners Park, Naperville (3704 111th St, Naperville, IL 60564). Please bring water, shin guards, and a ball. ALL attendees MUST BE REGISTERED before their trial.

Saturday, April 24th; 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Birth Years 2006 and 2007 Girls
Saturday April 24th; 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
