1.Team Administrator – 16 Hours
Team Administrators shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a team’s activities. They will be responsible for helping to collect player registration paperwork and give to the club administrator for the purpose of submitting official state roster to the leagues. Compile and distribute the team’s roster/phone tree, this information can all be found on our website. You can make your own or use the one on the website. Submit Tournament applications when asked and put together paperwork required for events your team will go to. The TA will assist the team coach in making league game/time changes. The team administrator shall communicate team and associations activity or publish any team information to their teams on a regular basis.
2. Team Webpage – 4 Hours
You will be responsible for keeping your child’s team webpage up to date. Attach schedules, standing, accomplishments and any newsworthy events.
3. Team Volunteer Coordinator – 4 Hours
The volunteer coordinator’s responsibilities will be to keep track of your team parent’s volunteer hour. Parents from your team will need to notify you once they have completed a volunteer assignment and you will submit the name, task completed, and hours to the club administrator to log into our on line system.
4. Team Uniform Liaison – 4 Hours
The Uniform Liaison will be responsible to compile orders for any team uniform items only, throughout the year. This does not include merchandise from the club store. It will be your responsibility to help new players get their uniforms, or help members of your team order uniform items such as socks, short’s, warm-ups or any other items from our uniform kits. You will be the only person from your team working directly with Eurosport our uniform provider.
5. Tryout Site Coordinator – 8 Hours
This person will be responsible for helping to coordinate and schedule volunteers for tryouts and registration at your child’s location. There will be a bin of paperwork at your location you will be responsible for. You will also be responsible for any other tasks that may arise with the tryout and registration to unsure that these events run smoothly.
6. Tryout – 4 Hours
The person will assist with tryouts at the location your child plays at. Task s you may be asked to do, hand out tryout numbers, assist in pinning them on the kids, prepare evaluations sheets for staff, collecting any needed paperwork from players attending the tryout.
7. Registration – 4 Hours
This person will assist with registration at the location your child is registering at. Tasks you may be asked to so, collect paperwork for a team, sell practice t-shirts, assist with uniforms or anything else need to make registration run smoothly.
8. Challenge Cup – 4 Hours – These are above and beyond your teams required hours
If your child’s team is participating in this event you will be required to volunteer at least 4 hours. If your child is not participating in this event you may also sign up. You will be required to go on line to our volunteer hub and sign up for a 4 hour shift. Buy out for this event is $100.00 per hour or $400.00. Team Administers are exempt from this event.
9. Spring Classic – 4 Hours - These are above and beyond your teams required hours
If your child’s team is participating in this event you will be required to volunteer at least 4 hours. If your child is not participating in this event you may also sign up. You will be required to go on line to our volunteer hub and sign up for a 4 hour shift. Buy out for this event is $100.00 per hour or $400.00. Team Administers are exempt from this event.
10. Facility Maintenance – 4 Hours
Help with ongoing maintenance of the facility your child plays at. Tasks you may be ask to help with could be but are not limited to, set-up fields for the season or a tournament, take down fields for the summer or winter months, or lining fields, or garbage pick-up.
CHOICES #11-13 ARE FOR U13-U19 TEAMS THAT TRAVEL
11. Team Travel Coordinator – 4 Hours Per Event
Assist with all Facets or your teams Regional or National travel. Work with hotel coordinator to coordinate hotel rooms, organize van drivers and food coordinators/volunteers for entire event. Assist the team administrator with anything else need to participate in a Regional or National event.
12. Team Tournament Van Driver – 4 Hours
Responsible for transporting team players to and from team events while travel at a National Event. You will be responsible for getting your information to your teams or the clubs van contact for your van rental and submitting your receipts for reimbursement within 1 week after you have returned from the event. You must also email your total amount or reimbursement 1 day after you return from the event.

13. Food Coordinator – 4 Hours per Day
This volunteer will be responsible for coordinating meals while at a Regional or National Event. Four hours of volunteer time will be issued per day. It will be broken out as follows: 1 hour for breakfast, 1 hour for lunch, and 2 hours for dinner.
